Terms of Service
Effective July 14, 2026 · CardShop platform and The Collectors Book app
1. The service
EZ Apps LLC (“we”) provides the CardShop platform and The Collectors Book app: a trading-card catalog, collection tracking, market pricing, partner-shop discovery, and related tools. Using them means you accept these terms.
2. Accounts & guest use
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials accurate and don’t impersonate others. You must be at least 13 to use the services.
3. Your content & data
Your collection, photos, and notes are yours. You grant EZ Apps LLC a license to store and process them to operate the services, and to create and commercially use aggregated, de-identified data derived from service usage (for example, collecting and pricing trends). That aggregate data never identifies you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Prices are information, not advice
Market prices, price history, population counts, and valuations come from third-party sources, can be wrong or stale, and are provided for information only. They are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice, and we don’t guarantee you can buy or sell at any displayed price.
5. Partner shops & affiliate links
Purchases from card shops discovered through CardShop are contracts between you and that shop — the shop is the seller of record. Some outbound links (for example, “Find on eBay”) are affiliate links: EZ Apps LLC may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Collectors Book and CardShop are fan-made, independent products. Pokémon and all respective names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International; card images and data are displayed for identification and collection-tracking purposes only. We claim no ownership of any third-party intellectual property. Rights holders can reach us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the services: no scraping at scale, probing, disrupting, or using them to break the law. We may suspend access that harms the services or other users.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Apps LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Questions: [email protected].
